Visa
Umrah visa basics
- Eligible travellers may perform Umrah using a Saudi tourist eVisa, an Electronic Visa Waiver (EVW), or other valid Saudi visa categories permitted under current rules. Hajj needs a separate Hajj visa.
- Eligibility depends mainly on your passport nationality — UK residency alone is not enough. British passport holders generally have the most options.
- Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from your return date, and each traveller (including children) needs their own visa or permission.
- Some trips use the Nusuk platform for Umrah permits and Rawdah bookings.
Saudi visa rules can change at any time and vary by nationality — always verify your eligibility through official Saudi channels before booking. Read our Saudi Umrah visa guide, or ask us to check your situation.
